Socials, Classes, and Events
In an effort to support the campus community in their outdoor endeavors, SOLE hosts a variety of educational socials, classes, and events. These focus on skill and knowledge acquisition in the areas of bicycling, climbing, ski/snowboard maintenance, wilderness skills, and more.
Socials, classes, and events are open to students, faculty, staff, alumni, friends, and family.

Types of Clinics, Courses, and Events
Paracord Bracelet Making, Knots and Hitches, Compass Skills, Orienteering, Learn to Climb, Learn to Belay, Intro to Mountain Biking, How to Wax Skis and Snowboards, and more! Make sure to register on the portal to secure your spot!
NOLS Wilderness First Aid (once a semester & is ~$300 depending on when you register), Water Wonderland (aqualining, key log roll, slide, and FUN), and more!

Register online through the Campus Recreation Portal or stop by the SOLE Center during operational hours. The most up-to-date offerings are always on the portal — check back regularly as new clinics and events are added throughout the semester.

Ladies Climb Nights, SOLE Socials- a great time to come and meet other climbers or try out a new hobby! All ability levels are welcome! The orientation fee will be waived on the nights of these events, and all equipment is provided.
