The Group Fitness program offers a variety of class formats to help you achieve your personal health and fitness goals, and beginners are welcome in all classes. We provide a non-intimidating, group-based environment. Our group fitness instructors are energetic and accommodating, adapting each class to the ability and skill level of its members. Whether you have a taste for cardiovascular, dance, high-intensity, or mind and body, we have a class for you!

Class Types

HYROX

Class Type: Full Body

This functional fitness class combines cardio with strength and endurance-based workout stations to build total-body fitness, improve cardiovascular endurance, and increase overall performance. Participants can modify exercises as needed while challenging themselves through a motivating, race-inspired workout.

Boxing

Class Type: Martial Arts

Punching, footwork, defense, and conditioning – this class has it all. No martial arts experience is required to join in on this stress-fighting class.

Kickboxing

Class Type: Martial Arts

Kickboxing is the ultimate combination of martial arts and combat sports based on punching and kicking.

Restorative and Gentle Yoga

Class Type: Mind & Body

Slow-paced, gentle yoga that uses props to support the body in various poses. This class provides the opportunity to release physical and mental stress in the comfort of supported yoga postures.

Vinyasa Flow

Class Type: Mind & Body

Also known as flow yoga, this class focuses on transitions between poses, connecting movement to breath. Flowing between poses improves range of motion and cardiovascular health, as well as builds strength and releases tension.

Pilates

Class Type: Mind & Body

Focusing on the core, this class uses a system of repetitive exercises to promote strength, stability and flexibility, supporting everyday movements. In addition to the core, you’ll also focus on the glutes, hips, pelvic floor, and lower back to target the full “powerhouse”.

Line Dancing

Class Type: Dance

This is a fun, energetic class where participants learn choreographed dance routines set to a variety of country, pop, and contemporary music. No partner or previous dance experience is required.
