This week, we emphasize a holistic approach! We will strive to provide each camper with the resources they need to discover their true passions! We will take some hikes on our trails located behind the Recreation Center, gain a green thumb when we explore the Green House, get some sun and enjoy some outdoor group games up on Alpine Field, and take a dip in our state of the art swimming pool that includes four 25-yard lap lanes, a vortex pool, drop slide, in-water seating and toys! Campers will also receive the opportunity to conquer our brand 27-foot climbing wall and then tie it all together through learning how to create healthy eating habits through nutrition sessions led by our UCCS Campus Recreation registered dietitian!

Campers will gain some valuable insights in team building and building healthy competitive models through partaking in various gym games and activities! Campers will also receive a chance to flex their creative muscles as we partake in various arts and crafts activities!
