Alpine Field
About the Field
Welcome to Alpine Field — one of the most unique recreation spaces on campus. Built on the rooftop of a five-level parking garage, this expansive turf field gives UCCS students a place to compete, train, and connect with the campus community while enjoying incredible mountain views.
Designed for both recreation and competition, Alpine Field hosts intramural sports, club sports, group fitness events, and drop-in recreation throughout the year. The field is lined for soccer, flag football, rugby, and lacrosse, and can easily be divided into smaller playing spaces for multiple activities at once. Whether you’re joining an intramural team, practicing with friends, or stopping by for open recreation, Alpine Field offers a versatile space built for movement and community.
Spectators can enjoy games and events from the rooftop viewing area and bleachers overlooking the field.
